Score a Resident
Scoring happens inside the Quarterly Appraisal Form and module-level competency ratings, not as a single site-wide number.
- 1Open the resident's Quarterly Appraisal Form for the current period
- 2Rate clinical competency, academic progress and conduct
- 3Add specific remarks for each rating
- 4Submit for HOD countersignature
