Verification steps
For guides and HODs reviewing a submitted entry:
- 1Open the Mandatory Checklist tab in the faculty portal
- 2Open each pending item and view the uploaded certificate
- 3Cross-check the date and issuing body against the requirement
- 4Mark verified or request a re-upload with a remark
